Fees are without VAT (additional 22%). Italian laws allow in the cases below the payment of conference registration fees at no additional VAT 22%. In particular, individuals belonging to a foreign (non-Italian) organization/institution/university are exempted from paying the VAT. In this case, they should provide their institution data (VAT number, legal address, etc.) during the registration and payment process.


Italian participants need to pay VAT. If they register as “persona individuale” they need to pay the VAT directly during the registration and payment process, if conversely they want to have the payment made by their institution (either university or public body), then they need to proceed to “fatturazione elettronica” and “split dell’IVA”. Detailed instructions will be provided during the registration process.
  
Le quote si intendono al netto dell'IVA (addizionale del 22%). Le leggi italiane consentono, nei casi sottoindicati, il pagamento delle quote di iscrizione alla conferenza senza l'aggiunta dell'IVA al 22%. In particolare, le persone appartenenti a organizzazioni/istituzioni/università straniere (non italiane) sono esentate dal pagamento dell'IVA.
In questo caso, devono fornire i dati della loro istituzione (numero di partita IVA, indirizzo legale, ecc.) durante il processo di registrazione e pagamento. I partecipanti italiani devono pagare l'IVA. Se si iscrivono come "persona fisica" devono pagare l'IVA direttamente durante il processo di registrazione e pagamento, se invece vogliono che il pagamento sia effettuato dalla loro istituzione (università o ente pubblico), allora devono procedere alla fatturazione elettronica e allo "split dell'IVA". Le istruzioni dettagliate saranno fornite durante il processo di registrazione.
